How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process before it is shipped.
What carriers are used?
Domestic Orders: USPS and UPS
International Orders: UPS
- Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.

Clothing, Accessories & Shoes:
You may ship select item(s) back to us at your cost for a refund or equal exchange within 30 days of the order date. All undergarments and hosiery are FINAL SALE for sanitary reasons. This includes but is not limited to: teddies, panties, thongs, hosiery (including bodystockings), pasties, lingerie sets (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you would like to request to return or exchange on an eligible item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RA#. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags. Shoes must be in original box which may not be used as the shipping box. By law we are not able to accept any returns on intimate items that have be worn. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
We CANNOT accept non-defective returns on Erotic items. Follow instructions above to request a refund or exchange if you have a defective item. If you have a defective Erotic item you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of order date.
