How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process before it is shipped.

  • Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.

Will all my items be shipped out the same day?

In some cases items will be shipped out separately via different carriers and/or on different dates. If this is the case, you will be provided tracking numbers for each shipment. We use USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. Please do not be concerned if all your items do not come in the same package. The additional items will arrive at a later date and/or via a separate carrier. Please contact us for ANY concerns or additional tracking info. 

Is overnight or expedited shipping available?

Certain items may be eligible for overnight or expedited shipping. Please contact us for costs and inquiries.

Is international shipping available?

Yes international shipping is available. 

Please note, It is your responsibility to cover your countries import fees, tariffs, or duty fees. We are not responsible for these charges. 

Are returns accepted?

Returns are accepted on select items. Please refer to Return Policy located in the Quick Links Menu on Homepage.

Are Gift Cards Available?

Yes, Online Gift Cards can be purchased. The link is located on the bottom of Homepage.

Where is Exotic Angels Boutique based out of?

We are based out of Long Island, New York. 

Is wholesale pricing available?

No. Items are only available for retail purchasing.
